“This hotel is good for the business not travelling with children. They dont have crib for babies to sleep and it was unconfortable to sleep in a not so big double bed with out baby. The room is clean and have tea and hot water. The bathroom also nice but we have found the hair accumulated in a bath. we complained and they cleaned it immediately. The staff is not smilling and not ready to help. they even refused to give a towel for our baby saying that this room only for two people. So Hotel managers please if it is double room and if you dont have crib for children do not accept orders from families with kids. If you are passing by or have a business in this area it is perfect place to stay but not for leisure or traveling with kids.”
“- I was extremely lucky to get a room facing Fujisan, but there were just as many rooms facing the opposite direction. I am not sure how one can choose their rooms beforehand. - A good supermarket right next to the hotel. - Smoking and non-smoking rooms are on separate floors, which meant no smoky corridors for non-smokers.”
