“- the room where I was actually able to open my suitcase and leave it open and still not stumble over it while in the room (was on average bigger than other rooms where I stayed during my trip through Japan) - the room was also spotless clean and soundproof (although it was facing station area, I hardly heard anything else than the humming of the clock on the night table beside the bed) - super friendly, helpful and accommodating staff (assisted me for instance in finding the cheapest alternative to go to a Kenroku-en nocturnal light festival) - stable wi-fi (a difference with some other hotels where I stayed and where it used to fall out, at Hotel Kanazawa facetiming with my family was perfect)”
