“This was slightly pricey for the type of beds we were given - it wasn't a mattress per se - it felt like thin bedding on spring. Other than that, there was a large tatami area for you to lounge. The staff was great. Didn't use the onsen facilities as we are heavily tattooed so weren't allowed in.”

“Check in with ease with English speaking staff. There is a pick up service from JR Niseko station. When we arrived, there was a staff awaiting at the station. Room is clean with Futon laid out at night. Choice of participating in their environmental friendly initiation. Onsen was big and it includes a beautiful outdoor onsen (it was snowing when we were there! It was so pretty). Wide choice of breakfast selection. As the hotel is quite far out, they provide shuttle bus services to Nook Annupuri and Hirafu. There is a inhouse rental for Skis and Snow Board essentials. Really appreciated that the hotel went for the extra mile in arranging a shuttle service back to JR Niseko that is not within their pre-planned timing. If not, we would be waiting at the station for 2hrs.”

“Excellent buffet breakfast with a great mix of continental options and traditional Japanese. Nice juices and great variety overall. Shuttle bus service to pistes excellent and runs, as you would expect, punctually. If you miss it or want to stay out later a taxi from Hirafu is about jpy 4K. Indoor and outdoor baths excellent options. 2 nice restaurants on site great but if you fancy a 10min walk, excellent traditional Japanese "Kobito" a must and even if you don't fancy the walk they will pick you up from the hotel. Hotel is really built for tranquility but still great for skiin as long as you are not overly reliant on apres-skiing options or going out at night which is a 20 min taxi ride.”
