“The staffs there are extremely nice and friendly!!! They really helped a lot for my desert trip!!! They help arrange car, arrange camel, arrange stay overnight in the desert. And they afraid we cannot communicate with the local people stay in the desert, the hotel staff who can speak English follow to the desert and stay overnight in the desert with us!!! The staffs in the hotel are so lovely and helpful!!! And the design of the hotel is super beautiful!!! The swimming pool is amazing!!! I miss the hotel so much!!! And I miss the staffs too!!! I will come back to visit them again!!!”

The staff were fantastic, the rooms were absolutely wonderful works of art, our terrace looked out over the hotel and gardens; our friends terrace looked out over M'Hamid. And the pool is breathtakingly beautiful - it's worth coming just for that!! And then there's the delicious food from the restaurant. We would come back here again in a minute.”

“Hôtel magnifique dans une oasis à l'entrée du Sahara. C'est un havre de paix où le temps semble comme suspendu; idéal pour se reposer, se ressourcer, méditer... Pour un petit prix, nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre immense et indépendante de l'établissement (voir photo) avec coin salon, salle de bain, 2 wc, terrasse etc... Meublée, décorée avec goût, la chambre était propre et la literie confortable. La nourriture est très bonne et variée avec des produits de qualité.... le personnel à nos petits soins, toujours présent pour nous rendre service....Je me suis sentie "en famille", d'ailleurs je n'ai pas quitté un personnel hôtelier j'ai quitté des amis auxquels j'ai promis de revenir, viiite !!! MERCI à eux et à booking de m'avoir permis cette belle aventure humaine....!!!”
“Arrivati decisamente sfiancati da 300 km fatti con un'intossicazione alimentare siamo stati accolti senza se e senza ma e fatti accomodare immediatamente nella camera decisamente spaziosa ed elegante. Fortunatamente ci siamo subito ripresi e abbiamo potuto godere della bellezza di questo albergo da mille e una notte. Piscina bellissima, personale simpaticissimo ed onesto. Va a loro il merito dell'eccezionalità di quest'hotel già di per se davvero fantastico. Indimenticabile notte nel deserto di M'hamid prenotata all'interno della struttura. “Номера красивые и комфортные. Персонал помогает во всем, очень дружелюбный. Завтрак не включён, а ужин стоит 15 евро с человека - довольно вкусный. Кушать где-то в городе не имеет смысла, в отеле лучше всего. Ресторан красивый, порции большие. Бассейн выглядит здорово, но вода в марте была ледяная. В ванной две раковины. Шторы в душе нет - он как бы открыт. Так почти во всех отелях Марокко. Есть выход на крышу, можно посмотреть закат, но нет никаких удобств и сидений. Лежаков и места для загара тоже нет - Непродуманно. Экскурсия в пустыню стоит примерно 150 евро за двоих, включая все трансферы, верблюдов, ночь в лагере, ужин и завтрак. Это большие дюны, в 60 км от отеля. ”
