“Impressed with the staff. They were friendly, helpful and attentive. No worries when it rains. Umbrellas are readily available. The open-air hotspring bath on the 9th floor looks out into the city of Ureshino, hills and lush greenery. Room was spacious and comfortable. Japanese breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Yukata is the way to go anywhere within the hotel.”

“Ureshino is a quite samll town, which I like. Hotel is very good basedon its place, servie( hotel car pick us up from the bus station, verywarm service). Hot spring is very good, especially open hot spring onthe top of the hotel. We have a misunderstanding from BOOKING'sreservation which waste me 1 hour to communicate with hotel. But solveit at last.”
