“We were in the annex section on the top floor with great views ofKirishima and the mountains. Our room was large, which is unusual inJapan. It had a separate toilet and bathroom and a line you could pullout to dry any small items washed by hand. The parking was easy excepton Saturday when both car parks were very busy. The modern main buildingis pretty amazing architecturally. The soundproofing was good which madefor a good night's sleep. On our first night we ate in the Westernrestaurant. The food was ok. The second night the Japanese restaurantwas booked up but we could drive to nearby restaurants which wereconsiderably cheaper. There was also a good shopping mall nearby.”

“Very spacious. Staff are helpful. The view of the room is good. Facilities of the hotel is good (hot spring, swimming pool, gym room, massage chairs, etc) but some of them are out of order.”
“Very big hotel and good spa facilities. Have a little glass chapel inside the hotel. We stayed in the Annex block which is connected to the main block by a bridge. We parked right next to the Annex block so no need to carry the luggages to walk a long way to the hotel room after check-in in the Main block. Nice sukura along the riverside promenade right next to the hotel.”

“The views from the hotel are nice and if you visit during Sakura season there are many Sakura Trees on the river next to the Hotel, a great spot to have a jog every day”
“We did not expect such a large, modern hotel for the price. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The room was large with very comfortable beds, sitting area, closets and bathroom. We enjoyed the 3 different temperature Onsen baths. The bus stop to the airport was right outside the hotel, so it was a convenient location. We had spent the day in Kagoshima and then took the train to the hotel in the evening, and the bus to the airport the next morning. We would stay there again and we recommend it highly.”
“The Japanese restaurant, the building, the views, staff efficiency. Had two fantastic dinners at the restaurants and the gift shop was also nice. The staff were really great. Yes the rooms are dated, but very well preserved and brought back memories of early 90s style.”
