“Had a great stay at this hotel. Yes, the room was small, but we were barely in it as this gorgeous little town has so much to see and do. Had dinner in the restaurant and tried out the local beef and the amazing gooey, cheesy, potato mash that is Aligot. Make sure you try it if you in the region. We had a car (and there is a car park directly across from hotel) but actually walked up to the Laguiole Forge to watch the knife making process and then down to the big fromagerie on the edge of town. Make sure you take a walk up to the top of the village which has gorgeous views!”
