“Parking was a dream. The staff were warm and welcoming, going out of their way to help us. The desk clerk even made a phone call for us to confirm a tour booking to Bilbao when we discovered the bus stop covered by a festival. They helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. There is no lift (elevator) so if you can't manage a flight of stairs, this is not your hotel. The location in the center of the Plus Beau Village was absolutely perfect and our room was large, clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the church across the street. The location absolutely cannot be beat. We loved it.”
