To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.<br><br>Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.<br><br>Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. “It is a lovely place with a lot of charm. Well maintained with a beautiful swimming pool. The host is a very friendly and helpful English gentleman. They prepared a light supper for us - a nice home-made soup. We fully recommend this place which is not far from Tucume.”

“The hotel is outside of Chiclayo, for us it was perfect. We were away from the busy, noisy and congested town. We were made very welcome by John and his wife. The room was spacious, bed comfortable. Shower had hot water and wifi was good. The pool was nice especially after a day out. There is a restaurant nearby but that isn't open in the evening. There is a chicken and chip place also nearby which is open, but when we went out for the day we had a meal late afternoon before returning to the hotel. John the owner gave us good wriiten and verbal instructions on how to get to Tumbes Real. We used combos and taxis to get about,which for us worked ok, John also told us how much they should cost. Black tea at breakfast was also good. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.”
“Welcoming, helpful staff and owners. We stayed out of season so the restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner but John the owner directed us to a local inexpensive place to eat. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel really is a little area of tranquility.”
