“large size rooms very good room design layout view of the harbour toiletries soft beds complimentary cake slices frequent free shuttle buses to osaka jr station frequent free shuttle buses to universal studios great room tariff”
“The room is big, staffs are very nice, the location is not in the city, but it is close to the finish point of Marathon run, so the location is perfect for us. Walking to subway station about 5 min, take the Chuo Line is easy to go to the city.”
“Nice quite hotel to end our 3 weeks in Japan trip. Great and friendly service. Nice huge room with a beautiful view. Nice clean bathroom with a bath tub. They provide scented salt bath along with other toiletries, it was amazing. Very relaxing environment. Easy transport to the airport. We took the Limousin Bus to Kansai airport from Hyatt (next door from Hotel La Raison), it was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel. Don't let the distance of this hotel from the city put you off. The hotel provides shuttle bus to Osaka station, Aquarium, and Universal Studios. The hotel even offer to send us anytime to the nearby station. After 3 weeks in Japan, we need some quite and relaxing place. I was glad I found this hotel. Great Value!!”
“Nice room & facility. Excellent breakfast. Good transfer. ”
“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - always carried our bags without hesitation. Very comfy beds, quiet luxurious vibes, shuttle bus to universal studios and train station. The bath in the room was awesome. Very very clean. Buffet breakfast had a lot of western and Japanese variety.”
“Everything was A++++. Staff were brilliant and super friendly. We received a free upgrade for our honeymoon to this huge suite with was like a house! Location was perfect, everything was perfect! Miss this place already!!!”
“Great staff, incredible amenities, the room was huge by Japanese standards. Brrakfast buffet was top notch.”
“The rooms are excellent very nice bathrooms - beds very comfortable. Staff are very helpful and the hotel is well-placed if one visits Universal Studies or the Aquarium. The free buses that take you to the shops (at station) and the square are also part of the good value. Note the buses to and from Universal and the Aquarium are also free.”
“The rooms were very large and well appointed. When I say large, imagine the width of a regular hotel room but with 4 times the length. It was very comfortable. Japanese hospitality applied, as we were offered hot tea upon checking-in, and the room also had complementary tea, coffee and water bottles. It was 5-10min away from Cosmo Square station (I believe there is one that is closer but this one was cheaper to travel from). They also offer shuttles to get around Osaka which is convenient but is probably not as fast as taking the metro.”
“Everything was perfect, the room and the view was gorgeous, nowhere in Japan you get such a large room.”
