“The hotel is very clean and comfortable and is in an excellent beachfront location. Sunset views from the balcony are great. Very peaceful place to stay. The only thing is to come with plenty of cash as there is no bank in town as you will have to pay in full in advance. Nearest bank is a bus ride away at San Vicente but there are plenty in the mall at Bahia if you get off after the bridge.”

“Great location, right across the beach, rooms are spacious and have small balconies with hammock where you can watch the sunset. Quiet (we were there during the week) yet very central. Staff was nice and easy to work with. Nice little garden in front. Internet worked great.”
“We had a great time in Canoa, Hostel La Vista is an excellent building with great ambiance, right off the beach. Staff are helpful, however as we found in Ecuador, you really need someone along who speaks Spanish. My wife and I loved the whole REAL Playa experience!”
