“Generally nice design but still casual and relaxed. Good beer selection and very nice evening meal in the restaurant. A thunderstorm restricted the view but still pretty dramatic. Even enjoyed the cycle up (my partner drove)!”

“Owners David and Camille made us very welcome - they were so hospitable during our stay. Some places just do what they have to but at their property they make sure you are always looked after. A short drive along the Balcony road or via Le Freney and you are at a great little spot to access Alpe d'Huez and many great spots for both cycling and later in the year skiing - I can not say enough about how fantastic good hosts can really make your stay and David and Camille really did that with a smile every step of the way. Also we do not speak fluent French and are still learning but this was no problem with Camille able to help us even though it was us who had some troubles with language, she made us very welcome and on our last day after a beautiful breakfast we were even helped out so we could enjoy the rest of our trip. Fantastic Hosts and such nice people to have met and we will certainly return.”
