“The room was clean, bright and comfortable for a two night stay. Beautiful and interesting decorations make a stay at Les Bluets an experience in its own. Myriam the owner is lovely and a great host. The dining room has big round tables that all the guests share at breakfast and conversations in the morning were international and extremely enjoyable. Nice cafés and little restaurants in the neighbourhood.”
“Quiet familial atmosphere. Vibrant conversations with the landlady. Delicious healthy breakfast.”
“Charming hotel and a wonderful host! Great location. Close to Metro station or can walk to city centre. Room was nice and comfortable for our family of five. It also had a kitchenette with a microwave - rare for a hotel! Service was excellent and value for money. Loved the freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast. No problems with parking for our Honda CR-V. Highly recommended.”
“A stay at this hotel feels like staying at a grand parents house. There is much to look at - many plants, paintings, objects etc. At the same time it is very comfortable and clean. Although in the center of Brussels the rooms are very quiet. The host is amazing, a lot of personal care. Lovely place, close to Saint-Gilles, Louise etc. Just be aware that there is no elevator, and my room was on the 3th floor - great exercise!”
“It was the most fascinating hotel I have ever been too. The main peculiarities are: 1)very warm-hearted, kind and active granny (the owner of the hotel). She served us wonderful breakfast with berries, croissants made by her personally, good coffee/freshly squeezed juices etc etc.2) help with parking: our car was too big for garage, and she arranged the parking place for us just in front of the hotel, advised all the parking rules/payments (luckily we were on weekends which are for free and left at the necessary hour on Monday;3) she even gave our small child a small present on departure day;4) the house is full of different interesting decor items and at first it seems that you are in the museum, but afterwards you understand that all these things are in harmony with the house, with the owner and they create this special atmosphere. For sure, I'd like to stay in this hotel again”
“We were given room four which had a little kitchen and a top room then down some stairs to the main bedroom and the bathroom, it was perfect for a family and lovely and quiet, I loved the decor, the host has a beautiful house and the breakfast was lovely.”
“The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Metro and really easy to find. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel really welcome and as they weren't full even had the choice of two rooms. The whole place is amazing, crammed full of paintings and collectables with real character. Both the room I saw and the one I chose to stay in were brilliant, absolutely huge and so homely. Honestly didn't feel like a hotel at all. Breakfast was great with some very welcome freshly squeezed orange juice and bags of fruit. Whenever I'm in Brussels I will always stay here - can't get better!”
“Attittude and energy of the owner, the comfort of the rooms, cleaningness and amout of flowers all over, breakfast, closeness to metro station, it is just great. Next time I am in Brussels I will definitly stay there.”
