“We were not happy. We have stayed at this hotel many times. It provides few services other than breakfast but given the convenience of its location this is acceptable. This time there seemed to be fewer staff allocated to cleaning rooms with our room cleaned in the morning in the normal fashion one day, but not until late afternoon the next after we returned from shopping. On check out day we cleared our room about 10 am. It was very cold and we asked whether as our train was early afternoon we could stay in the first floor lounge until midday- one hour after the time set by the hotel for clearing the room. We were refused. We will find another hotel in this area on the next occasion.”
