“We have returned to Lorry several times. The hotel is fairly new by Italian standards. It is clean. The staff is very accommodating. English is spoken. The breakfasts offer a wide variety of fruits, yogurts , cakes and other sweets in addition to juices and freshly made coffee. You get a good start to your day. Parking is ample which is a miracle in Italy! It is walking distance to the Piazza where much of the action in these small towns happens. It is good value for what you get,”

“Friendly, accommodating staff with great English. Rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty hot water. Great breakfast buffet - typical Italian style with sweet cakes but also cereals, cheese, salami, boiled eggs, plenty juice, hot drinks and food choices for coeliacs, reception open 24/7 and easy to get tea/ coffee throughout the day. Dinner nice and very reasonable priced. 3 generation family group - everyone happy. 10 mins drive to Magnola Pianti ski area, ski storage room available at hotel. Plenty car parking facilities. Short walk to bars and shops in Celano and castle. A little more fresh fruit at breakfast would make it perfect.”
