“Cleanliness. Room was immaculate. Christina was very friendly, very accommodating. Even borrowed me her iron so that we could iron our outfits, provided a large bowl so that I could sterilise my sons bottles and informed us of the bus stop and times which proved to be very useful for our trip.”
