“We loved the warmth & cozy setting of the hotel, friendly staffs and the room is nicely colored. We stayed in a 4 star hotel before this but the feeling is different from this one.”
“Our family of 6 stayed in their suite. It was a treat! Good value since we would have had to book 3 double rooms and our younger 2 kids are too young to stay in a hotel room by themselves. Modern and comfortably furnished. Very serviceable kitchen and dining area - allowing us to pick up dinner from a street market - save a few bucks and put the kids to bed earlier. Plenty of space and 2 toilets for busy mornings. At the back of the hotel so away from street noise. Very close to the metro station. Excellent location near the Gare de l'est and Gare du Nord. Breakfast was nice and replenished frequently. Free wine tasting from 6-8pm. Fruit infused water and free coffee in the lobby at all times. Staff was very helpful to hold our bags after checkout so we could go to the Louvre on the morning we left. A+! Can't wait to go back!”

“The bed was comfy however I found the pillows a little too soft for excellent neck support which is why I scored down for comfort. The staff were excellent and helped with all our needs. We booked a twin bed and on the first night had a twin bed. The second night, we returned and found the cleaners had turned the bed to a double. So we went down to reception and the member of staff managed to fix all of this at 11.45pm! We were very impressed to have it solved. Also when checking out the lovely member of staff printed documents I needed. Love the coffee and sweets in reception.”
