“Arrivati in loco e presentatici alla Reception alle ore 14:00, veniamo indirizzati al secondo parcheggio in quanto il primo è al completo. Rientrati in albergo ci vengono consegnate le chiavi della camera ed un codice wifi . Veniamo abbandonati a noi stessi e nessuno ci accompagna in camera. Alloggio triste e vetusto. Rete Wifi non utilizzabile in quanto il codice non risulta corretto. Richiediamo spiegazioni ma ci viene spiegato che la psw per loro è corretta, resta il fatto che comunque il cellulare non si collega alla rete. Ad ulteriori domande effettuate al personale della reception, del tipo quali siano le zone da visitare e ove si trovassero in città luoghi da visitare, venivamo liquidati con risposte vaghe e scocciate. In spiaggia, presso il loro bagno, trascorriamo un solo pomeriggio. Avevamo prenotato per otto giorni ma abbiamo chiesto il conto e siamo ripartiti la mattina successiva.”
