I very much appreciated that my room was prepared for the night by unfolding the blanket and closing the curtains (like in a 5* hotel). My room was cleaned while I was at breakfast by some fairy, as I never heard nor seen any cleaning personnel. I appreciated the quality of the products in the restaurant, excellent meat (and I'm usually not a fan of meat).”
