“Hotel is approx 15min from Salou and Tarragona away, which we found very nice as the Cities were absolutely packed with mass tourism (traveled in August). Small and romantic hotel with a great wine cellar and a good and reasonable priced restaurant. Rooms are a bit dark which is due to the old construction but very spacious, absolutely clean and nicely decorated. Hotel is pretty close to a highway but surrounded by olive trees and grapevines. Surprisingly we didn't hear the street at all.”

“Don't be put off by its location. La Boella is an oasis just a few minutes outside of Tarragona. Close to a main freeway but secluded and quiet and surrounded by garden areas. The rooms are exquisite, the meals served in the restaurant are excellent and the staff fantastic. It is also a working olive oil producer so don't miss the complimentary tour and tasting it was really interesting and was conducted by La Boella's olive oil sommelier.”
