“The hotel is totally unique and had a lovely charm to it. The bedrooms were full of character and the beds were very comfortable. There were lots of little tucked away private spots to relax or read and the top floor lounge had amazing views across the mountains. The hike up to the picosa from the front door is well worth the effort!. The hosts Jenny and Luis are lovely. luis is hugely knowledgeable about local walks and activities and Jenny is a great chef - the house speciallity (almond soup) was delicious, as were the wines. Partner delighted with whisky choice. Overall a fabulous hideaway in an unbeatable spot in one of the most amazing parts of Spain. Can't wait to go back for a longer stay!”

“Luis and Jenny could not have been more helpful or welcoming. When we discovered on arrival that the access track to this remote and peaceful hotel was not suitable for our motorbike, Luis arranged for a garage in the local town and ferried us to and fro for the rest of our stay. We felt guilty imposing on him like this but he was charming and helpful. Jenny is a fantastic cook and all her meals were amazing.”
