“Location of the hotel was excellent. Rooms were very clean and well decorated. Staff was very helpful, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Hotel is really at the heart of the city with many bars and restaurants around and it is in the walking distance to many tourist attractions like Guggenheim Museum or the old city centre. It is a very safe area as well, we walked back to the hotel late at night and it was completely okay. Also, the hotel has an amazing spa facility and you can benefit from it with a reduced price if you are a guest at the hotel.”

“The hotel is modern and the room was very comfortable with a big window for fresh air. The shower was very nice and the bathroom is modern and spacious. The bed was really big and very comfortable. The hotel is near restaurants and bars and is near the river. The hotel is only a 7 minute walk from the train station. The WiFi was good. We really enjoyed our stay here.”
“high functional and quality furniture in a moderate sized room. Everything very clean and straight. As Bilbao in total is not so big, the food walk to all major sights was easy. In this regards the location can even be seen as favorable as it lays more or less right in the middle between the old town (with Mercado de la Ribera), Guggenheim and Plaza Moyua. We enjoyed it very much.”
