“The staff was wonderful. When there a couple of snafus - wifi stopped working, reservation was recorded for different date range - the staff worked to fix everything right away. Obviously, you're not going to get all the amenities that a hotel like the W offers, but this hotel is wonderful for the price and location.”

Beds are comfy and place was clean - location also great as it's a couple hundred metres from the cable car. You also get a great breakfast - Can't wait to come back!”
