“Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We'd accidentally booked the wrong dates and didn't realise until we arrived. With a lot of effort on their part, the hotel reception team managed to change our booking with the boking agent at no extra cost. We once asked for food that wasn't on the menu and they agreed to cook it for us. Every time you say down, you were asked if we wanted a drink or if everything was okay.”

“Amazing hotel ,, great location everything was close and meribel center was 5 mins away , ski lifts were footsteps from the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful especially wael from the reception .. the halfboard option was a great deal and the rooms were comfy I would definitely give it 5 stars . Thankyou mont vallon staff for making out stay enjoyable .. it felt like home :)”
