“From the moment I arrived (came skiing for a few days) I felt the service and hospitality impeccable. Hilly the welcoming host/manager of the hotel is engaging, knowledgeble (local info etc) and off course behind reception sits her wonderful, friendly if not a little excitable dog. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. Great to be picked up from train station and the shuttle services run by the hotel is excellent. My room had an amazing view of the mountains and the whole hotel was authentic/traditional Austrian ambience but laid back. Loved seeing people in the having a drink and playing connect 4. I liked my cocktail at the bar of an evening. I was out skiing most of the day but as a base, good quality for money paid. Would go back again definitely. That'll Milly and all at Moosenkrutz ..”
