“Sometimes as a woman traveling alone I find that a lot of hotels give you a bad room. I got a bad room, bad location overlooking the roof. The hairdryer and phone didn't work, and the room wasn't very clean. The next day they gave me another room so small and next to the elevator I had to again asked for a new room. better but not real clean and the next morning didn't shower because there was so much mold in there and on the shower head it scared me. Also the front desk called me at 11: PM and ask for another CC saying they tried to charge mine but it didn't work. I had to get up, dress, go down stairs and run my card, which worked just fine. The man was very rude. Won't be staying there again.”
“Absolutely an amazing experience at Hotel Murano. Had a superior king suite. Valet was timely! Bed was super comfy! Room service prompt. Check in simple! There was no negatives about this hotel. Beautiful inside and out! Manager on duty Saturday night did a excellent job for how busy the hotel was...Garth Brook and Queen Latifah both in town, and there was also some sort of wedding party staying at the hotel. We will be back for sure.”
