Important Notice
- Furano Ski Resort Kitanomine Zone is open from late December until the end of March, while Furano Ski Resort Furano Zone is open from late November until the first week of May. A free shuttle will be available to Furano Zone when Kitanomine Zone is closed. Guests who wish to use the shuttle must make a reservation in advance at the hotel's front desk.<br><br>Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast at the hotel must make a reservation upon check-in.<br><br>Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.<br><br>Guest will not be able to change the guest number at check-in. Please amend the number through Booking.com before arrival.<br>Especially for those guests who book dinner, please confirm the guest number at least 1 day prior to arrival. Dinner will be ready only for booked guest number.<br><br>Please note that Twin Rooms have 2 single beds. Double beds are not available.
