“This is a small family run business, the family spoke little English but couldn't of been more helpful or welcoming. The room was very clean and fine for what we needed. Breakfast was good, it consisted of yoghurt, croissants, toast, orange juice and coffee. If you wanted more choice then the breakfast probably wouldn't be for you, but it was homemade tasty croissants and filled you up for lunch. Really good location, 5-10 minute walk from the Vatican and some really good restaurants. On the day of departure we were allowed to leave our bags and also the owner drove us in his car to the airport. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Rome. The price for what you get, fantastic value!! ”

“The location is great, it is in the city center and 900 meters from Vatican. Around the corner, there is a store where you can buy anything you need, including food and wine. The room itself is nice, clean, and spacious, the bathroom is big enough, the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was modest and good. Staff was very polite and helpful, thank you. “The hotel has very few rooms and it felt like staying at a warm lovely home rather than massive hotel that guests are completely anonymous. The wonderful staff were attanding all our needs in advance or very promplty and were always helpful with requests and advise. The room was suprisigly spacious, even when two big luggages were wide open in the room. Its a very quiet road but still at extreme proximity to the vatican and walking distance to the city centre of Rome.”
