“At our first and possible last visit to Rendsburg we aimed at getting an impression of the former border city between Holstein (Germany) and Schleswig (Denmark). Also we wanted to see the river Ejder and visit the excellent lokations for bird-watching towards the North Sea.”

“Perfectly located on the way north to Denmark. We had the family apartment, we were the first guests to stay in the new apartment so everything was new and perfectly clean. Separate bedrooms for us and the kids. Hotel is just on the edge of the centre, so it's both easy to reach by car, and well located for a walk into town. A big town square and park are just around the corner, the centre proper is just beyond the park. Going the other way, I took a run through the longest pedestrian tunnel in the world and along the river bank.”

“We were contacted up front by the owner to check for your time of arrival. He also sent us clear instructions for the parking space. When we arrived late (23h) at the appartement, it was a very nice surprise that the hotel staff had put some of the lights on in the appartement. The cosy lamp shades made us feel very welcome and the nice decoration provided a cosy home feeling. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was nice !”
