HOWEVER STAFF DID NOT PROJECT THE WARM WE ARE GLAD YOU ARE HERE FEELING (like we were made to feel at all other bookings in GERMANY, Austria and Italy this trip). We felt their focus seemed to be on restaurant business and as hotel guests we were kind of a non entity.”
