Meals offered include sashimi, pork cutlets, pork stroganoff, Japanese udon-noodle hotpot and deep fried shrimp, each served in Japanese-style.<br>- Dinner is offered between 19:30 - 20:30 in weekends and in public holidays, including the new years holiday.<br>- Dinner is offered between 18:00 - 19:00 on weekdays.<br>- Dinner reservation and payment is required upon check-in.<p>Please inform Hotel New Fukudaya in advance of your expected arrival time. “老闆提供從新幹線越後湯澤車站的接送服務，但由於老闆不太會說英文，建議大家請當地人幫忙打電話。住宿地點是非常的好，就正正在雪場底，走路一分鐘就到纜車站，爽啊。房間不算大，但乾淨舒服，我們3個人住一間也覺得可以，房間裡有提供浴巾跟牙刷，浴室雖然有點小，但他們提供了全部洗護用品，連卸妝洗臉的都有，真的太貼心了，廁所裡的衛生紙品質是我這趟旅行用過最好的。大廳裡有提供自助的熱茶跟咖啡機，還有一台超級超級的按摩椅，我們每天都輪著來按。。哈哈！！離開的時候，他們送回我們到車站，再送我們每人一瓶水，非常可愛。他們就是一間在細節上都做很好的民宿，是一次非常好的住宿體驗！”
