“It's only a short walk from the train station, with a conbini close by. The staff was extremely nice when we arrived. Since I know my way through Japanese there wasn't trouble cheking in or out, but I don't know if English is okay with the staff. Since the only rooms available were for smoking, I was a little worried about the smell (I don't smoke but we were on a budget and the place was the most convenient). However, I was pleaseantly surprised when I didn't find any strong smells. The bed was very comfy and okay for two medium-sized people. We had a nice stay!”
“Location, location, location! Right near the train station and bus stops. Very clean room but tiny! Good variety of TV channels if you speak Japanese. Everything in the room worked. Only tea offered in room. My daughter loved the tea. I did not try it. Small refrigerator in room. We took the train almost every day to Tenjin and Hakata (about 40 minute ride) on same subway train that took us back to airport. We were able to use our Suica/Passmo cards on train.”
