“no chair in room - no drawers or wardrobe to place shirts, underwear etc. Pillows uncomfortable. Coffee machine electrical cord too short. Staff needs to smile!! Air-conditioner very noisy and windows hard to open. But location is very good just a few metres away from underground station. Also the room was very clean.”
