“First of all, the staff is fantastic. They are very observant, friendly and does their best to give you a good feeling and help, the moment you arrive. I was very happy with my room, excellent view towards Mt.Fuji in 4th floor, so remember to ask for Fuji room view, it is fantastic sight even from hotel. Room was spacious, great bathroom, which were even bigger and more spacious than most hotels I spent time in during my travel. Table in room and good bed. Every day after cleaning which was impeccable, there was always 2 new, small cookies for me, nicely wrapped in paper laying on the bed. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of different food and fresh vegetables. All in all, a hotel I warmly recommend”
