“Extremely well organised hotel in the centre of colonial Santa Marta. Rooms have fan and aircon, shoe shelf (outside), a shelf in the shower, a fridge, mosquito screens on the window, TV, even a hook to place your room key. All rooms face the patio with little pool and communal area. Staff are friendly, especially so Jorge. All well maintained and secure.”

“The front desk was nice, but the property is ran down, the room had many mosquitos and the windows did not close all the way so many more got in at night. The breakfast was edible, coffee terrible So overpriced. They charge extra for AC. Not recommended.”

I've stayed at several hotels in Santa Marta and this is the first one that I re-booked. In terms of value, for money, facilities, etc. I would highly recommend.”
“The hotel is well located -- close to the beach, banks, restaurants, cafes, etc -- and has a really nice inner courtyard -- with a small pool, some hammocks and chairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful with medical supplies after I gotted nipped by a dog! The bed was comfortable and the place was really clean -- which counts for a lot! Plenty of hot water for showers. The rooms are a bit small but big enough. We liked it enough to book it again for when we returned to Santa Marta after Minca.”
