“First of all the parking: there is a garage for a couple of cars in back of the building which can be closed. The people at the reception were very very friendly and extremely helpful! You felt welcome. Until november there are roadworks in front of the hotel but in our room you didn't hear anything. Room and bathroom were big enough and comfortable. Important for us was that you could walk downtown. It takes about 15 minutes. Very nice old town! With old walls, good restaurants and nice little streets!”

“Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good-sized room, nice shower. Very quiet and had a little balcony too so good for drying out clothes and towels. We got a bus from just outside the hotel to Marina De Grosetto and had a day at the beach. Sea is lovely and warm and shallow but most of the beaches are privately-owned by hotels so you have to walk to the public beach.”
