“Awful experience -- hotel staff misrepresented location, said it was walkable from station, which it was not. Said to take funicular up into Orvieto, which was not applicable to their location. They repeatedly gave incorrect information. I cancelled out 2 of my 3 nights and manager was very accommodating on that score and only charged me for the one night I stayed. I thought it was horrible.”

“The hotel is outside Orvieto, but in a good location. You can park and take the lift (elevator) to Orvieto easily. It is clean, nice staff, good breakfast. Only thing, the shower is small, although with good pressure of water. I would be back to this hotel again.”
