Das Personal war ausgesprochen höflich und es gab viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, die den Wohlfühlfaktor erhöht haben, zum Beispiel ein paar Stückchen Kuchen zum Espresso oder eine Morgenzeitung, die man schon am Frühstücktisch lesen konnte. Das ist nicht mehr überall selbstverständlich.”
