“Very friendly and helpful staff. Communal areas were very comfortable with free coffee, tea and juice. Driving into Santiago is not easy, we were able to arrange a private parking space at the hotel. An easy metro ride downtown. Good local resaturants, the Flaubert round the corner was particularly excellent”
