And it is in the historic center of Utrecht, walkable distances to all things to visit and just 15 minutes by walk from the train station where you fast get directly from the airports of all dutch cities.”

“The location is amazing, a brand new hotel idea with its rooms in the ancient cellars on the wharves of the Old canal in the heart of Utrecht. Beautifully converted, with all the latest technology and facilities. Fully equipped with its own mini kitchen as well as a modern ensuite, well stocked fridge for arrival. Good hot water, comfortable bed and the absolutely most friendly service. Everything I wanted was provided immediately - with smiles - eg for tea & toast for us english instead of continental coffee etc. Also good daily room maintenance service. Such friendly people.”

“Perfectly situated by the canal in a not to touristy area. Bert jan was really helpful and relaxed and welcomed us on arrival. The bed was reaaaally big and comfy, the shower really good, there was almost a Rituals shop with choices to shower with and also the picknick table next to the water is a nice stay in the afternoon.”

“I think this has been one of the best places we have stayed in.It was a lovely studio room and the property was in a fantastic location write in the center of town and on the banks of a lovely part of the canal. The room had every thing you could think of and wish for. It evan tops a five star hotel.The owner was a great host and evan took time out to take us for a boat trip up the canal.I would recommend this lovely place to anyone that is looking for a relaxing and joyfull holiday.
