“Perfect localization. Two-minutes walk to Duomo. Very good breakfast, but it would be better to add some vegetables. Very big hotel room with huge covered windows what was leading to moderate lack of light inside. But anyway splendid hotel in a splendid place.”
“The staff made our trip as they were most accommodating, professional and friendly. For starters, we arrived a day early and they were able to accommodate us. We had issues with our room (an unfortunate smell) and they moved us to a nicer room. They allowed us a late checkout with little fuss and they always remembered us and our room number. Charming people!”
“Short walk to/from train and attractions. "American" size bathroom, ie can actually move around versus touching every wall simultaneously. Money exchange in lobby, as well as room to hold luggage for the day.”
“Location- great! Staff- very helpfull. Rooms- very clean. Breakfast- very good. Wery convienent hotel. To take taxy is very easy and fast. Hotel furniture, gobelen- are like from old times.”

“The staff at Hotel Paris (especially Andrea and Chiara) was exceptional--so very helpful. They made recommendations, printed out tickets and even placed phone calls for us. The hotel room was big, very clean, and in an EXCELLENT location. Breakfast was very good and offered a large variety of gluten free items. We will stay here next time (fingers crossed) we visit Florence!”
“The location is great just next to the train station, the hotel is beautiful just a piece of art...the breakast is excellent”
“location was great. they upgraded our room which was a great surprise for us. staff was helpful and nice. our room was really big with two double beds and two bathrooms. the breakfast was really satisfying for a hotel in europe. the place was authentic like an old palace with labirinths of corridors.”
“It is declared that the hotel has parking facilities but it DOES NOT HAVE. in reality they have an agreement with a garage and charge 35 euro per night. When the car is brought back you have 2-3 minutes only to move the car otherwise you may have problems with the traffic police”
“The rooms were spacious with high ceilings. Our room could see the dome of duomo. The breakfast was in a beautiful room, but I expected fresh coffee that should be made to order, not from a coffee machine. The location was great. It was walking distance to duomo, Uffizi, and train station.”
