“Sparkling clean modern rooms with newly updated bathrooms, everything very comfortable and excellent layout. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Superior rooms have a balcony and a perfect unobstructed view to Matterhorn. Very good breakfast. Quiet yet central location, only about 10 min from train station and Gornergratbahn. Highly recommended, I would only stay here when in Zermatt. ”
“A spacious European room with a view of the Matterhorn and a river right outside the door. The BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The owner was so, so, so nice and would flow between multiple languages to converse with guests every morning. The staff was excellent was well. Breakfast was perfect. Ask for room 19!”

“Great attention and nice conversation with the family hotel owner, who takes special care for each guest. Exquisite kitchen for a great evening meal. You reserve your table in advance. The hotel has a free, tiny electro-car where the driver will fetch you and your laggage from the (nearby) train station. No cars in Zermatt! There is a nice garden in front of the hotel where you can sip your aperitif, watch the busy tourists passing by, and have a direct view on the Matterhorn (if not in clouds), see picture attached.”
“Everything! the location is not far away from the train station (also the station to Gornergrat), walk along the river and you can get to the cable car to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise or to the other direction is the car to Rothorn), near to the main street, shops, restaurants, super market.... the breakfast is good! though it's all the same but i am ok with it, the quality is good. The room is clean, i had good rest after the whole day hiking. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Wifi is stable, what else you need? by the way, suggest to choose a room with view.”
