“The deluxe double room was gorgeous and quite spacious, and the bed was large enough to fit two people. The staff was *very, very* friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The prices for trips and tours are well-priced compared to what I could find online (sightseeing tours of Pokhara). There's a gorgeous balcony with the room that has two chairs and an end table, and the fourth floor (where I was) has a larger balcony with two recliner chairs and a couple of tables w/ four chairs. Beautiful Terrace on the ground floor (wifi accessible).”

“Most of the properties of this price range don't have a compound of it's own and are located mostly on the main drive way of Pokhara but this property is tucked in an alley which is very close to the main eateries and activity shops. The location is nice where you can have a short stroll in the morning without getting bothered much by passing vehicles much. The staff there were very cordial and well trained. As there was not much guest (compared to the size of the hotel) in the hotel during our stay that's why the buffet breakfast was not laid but they offered us a breakfast on their menu which was the most costly one available. The receptionist to the guard were well trained to greet and meet guests. Sitting in the balcony (South side) gave us a relaxed time during our short stay specially after the long bus ride from Kathmandu. Rooms were spacious compared to the price we paid, the pillows were perfect to have a good night sleep.”

“Decent Rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. We ended getting up late almost every day but the staff used to send breakfast to our rooms. Location one of the added advantages., it's 5mins walk from Phewa lake. There are no lifts so if you have trouble climbing the stairs then take rooms in lower floors. Free airport pickup service.”

“Good hotel. Great staff, really friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean and hot water was always available. Mr Kim, the owner, is a real gentleman. Mr Mahesh, the manager, is very nice person. I enjoyed our morning conversations very much.”
