“The hotel rate stated in Booking.com during hotel booking was MYR 104 lower than when I confirmed MYR 117 with credit card and when I paid it was MYR125 on site (include VAT). Also, the gym at the hotel website gave a false impression. There is no gym! The location is bad because its right at the day market and was very noisy early in the morning especially when I checked in late at night. Staff are not train to welcome guest. Also, the towels provided are old and brown instead of white. Toilet glass door are not even properly clean.”
