“Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean rooms and refurbished bathroom. Breakfast is small but it is a typical Spanish breakfast. Location was central enough, a short walk from the bus/train station. Would definitely book again.”
“This is a new hotel. It is very impressive inside; marble floors and sliding doors. It was good value for money. It was very quiet and we had a good night's sleep. The receptionist was most helpful. She accompanied us to the restaurant and helped us order an evening meal as we don't speak Spanish.”
“Good location but don't use googlemaps to find it, hit the main drag and turn left and you get to it. The front of the Hotel is the Bar Picos de Europa so you can enter through here, avoid the dodgy bar the other side.”
“The hotel is a short walk from the port and city Center - beware if walking from the port that you go up some stairs and a steep hill, so if you have cases you might want a taxi. The property is on a quiet side street and is very clean and tidy. The check in guy was friendly and we cobbled together enough common words to manage the process easily. The room was immaculate and the bathroom was wonderful with a good shower. Toiletries were provided which bizarrely included shower gel in a sachet but it did smell nice! The bed was very wide. A little hard for me but the other half thought it was just right. For about £40 you couldn’t fault it.”
