“The room was reasonably large and comfortable by Ecuador standards.”
“You can walk from the airport easily as there is an air bridge over the busy road, and it's a 10 to 15 minute walk to the massive bus terminal.”
“The hotel is in good location, room service food is a bit pricey but very tasty. Stuff was very helpful. Very good wifi.”
“The stay was good I really enjoyed the bedrooms, it fit perfectly for my family of 6.”
“Location is excellent. Only a few minutes walk from the airport - yes, walk! And it's right across the street from a legal inter-city van service so it was easy the next morning to hop on a bus to Cuenca. Clearly, the staff want to impress you with great service and try really hard to please. The facility is super clean and modern. I had a few very minor issues in the room which I'm sure staff would have rectified immediately if I'd bothered to ask. The dining facility/restaurant has a good menu and offer long service hours. The free breakfast offers far more than most hotels in this price range. As far as the neighborhood is concerned: I walked from the hotel to Mall del Sol and came back after dark - about a 30 to 40 minute walk - and it seemed just fine.”
“It advertises a 24/7 restaurant, but there is no restaurant at all. There are a few tables where one can eat food "prepared" by the busboys. It has no restaurant atmosphere. The main purpose of this hotel is to be very near the airport. One can walk to the airport, but it would not be safe at night.”
“If being close to the airport and staying around a $60 price point are your two most important criteria, then this place might be ok.”
“modern facilities, comfortable, good breakfast, good size rooms”
“Comfortable bed. Location. It's a short walk away from the airport, and across the street from legal buseta (vans) that go to Cuenca. Staff, especially the bellhops/doormen, were excellent. Buffet breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs were made fresh instead left sitting in a tray.”
“Close to the airport. Complimentary shuttle to the airport on our way back.”
