“Location on the beach, efficient friendly staff, good A/C, cleanliness, reasonable food. Beach has a totally Brazilian vibe which we like, but might not suit urban foreign sophistos. Village at back of hotel totally lacking nightlife, indeed very little movement or sign of life (except for dogs and cats) after 6PM - a blessing. One good resto is called Mare Pimenta (Italian).”
