“The hotel is from another era, comfortable, as far as it goes. We appreciated being in the historic centre and not far from the mini-metro – what a great idea for getting to and from train! Staff were polite and helpful. Coming from a sub-tropical climate we found Perugia cold and the practice of not switching central heating till 8pm difficult, but a special plea to reception staff got us some heat. Wifi signal was weak but, again, special help fixed that. Lovely lady in dining-room cooked eggs for breakfast.”
