“Beautifully remodeled. Nice spacious room. Courteous staff. Great location and reasonably priced. We had a very pleasurable stay! The espresso bar was a very nice touch. Loved the free cappuccino every morning! Our dog was welcomed.”
“This was the worst experience I've ever had staying at a hotel forbusiness. It had been a long 24 hours getting there and when we arrived,we were rudely told by the manager, Mary, that she was not going tohonor our reservation. She proceeded to gossip with her staff as mypartner and I talked about what to do and after waiting outside for aride to get to another hotel, she again rudely came up to us and said ina very condescending and snotty tone that we weren't allowed tostand where we were standing and she would call the police if wedidn't leave. It was the most unprofessional service I've everreceived at a destination like this and I'll make sure to let asmany people as possible know what kind of service the Hotel rl has (ordoesn't have)!! Absolutely horrified and I truly hope that themanager, Mary, is one day in my shoes and has something similar happento her because she needs to be humbled.”
“The location is nice and quiet and well of the beaten path, which in Oly is needed. Since there was no front desk it became very confusing since there was a convention of sight impaired people milling about who needed services. The staff handled it like champs, it seems like the new lobby set up hasn't been implemented for very long. I am a fan of coffee in my room, of which there was none, but what they have on offer in the lobby is good.”
“The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect! The shower had great water pressure which was a plus. The lobby has a fireplace with seating and entertainment on the weekend. Great location, close to freeway. Definitely the place I stay when visiting my son at Evergreen.”
