“For a 3 star hotel the facilities were excellent. The staff going out of their way to help (though a knowledge of either Italian or German is helpful). Free (simple) bikes meant long rides along the lakeshore easy. 15 minute walk along the lake to Castelletto for good friendly restaurants. Also easily to catch the cheap local bus from Castelletto to explore further around the lake. The evening meal (with either half board or booking in daily) was excellent especially after a full day out or bad weather.”

“Uns hat in erster Linie sehr gut gefallen, dass es Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür gab. Die Parkplätze waren nummeriert und den Zimmern zugeordnet. Somit hatte man immer einen freien Parkplatz - super! Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr, sehr nett. Wenn man ein Anliegen/Fragen hatte, wurde einem schnell geholfen. Das Frühstück war okay. Es war alles da was zu einem Standardfrühstück gehört, nicht mehr oder weniger. Brötchen, Käse, Wurst, ein bisschen Obst, Müsli, Joghurt, Eier. Die Kaffeemaschinen waren aber super! Die Zimmer waren natürlich für den Preis nicht super exklusiv (für unser Empfinden aber vollkommen ausreichend) und sie waren sehr sehr sehr sauber! Das hat uns wirklich sehr gefreut. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Man muss nur durch einen kleinen Tunnel durch und schon ist man am Wasser. Alles in Allem hat es uns im Hotel Rabay gut gefallen!”
